Terms of service

1. The service

FreelanceAI ("the Service") provides access to an autonomous AI agent that produces digital deliverables (texts, images, video, code, documents) on the user's instructions. The Service is operated by Konsilito ("we") at freelance.konsilito.com. Contact: support@konsilito.com.

2. Account and eligibility

You must be 18 or older and, for business plans, authorised to bind the company. Keep your credentials secret; you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Subscription, credits and payment

Access requires a paid subscription or credit purchase. Each plan grants a monthly credit package; operations deduct credits at the published rates (1 000 credits = $1). Top-up packs are available. Payments are made in cryptocurrency (USDT, TON, BTC, ETH and other coins) to the address shown in your invoice; credits are added once the network confirms the transaction. Prices are quoted in USD; the crypto amount is fixed at the moment the invoice is created. Subscriptions do not renew automatically — you are reminded before the period ends.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may stop using the Service at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Credits from a failed operation are refunded automatically to your balance. Because crypto payments are irreversible and credits are consumed by machine time, purchases are otherwise non-refundable; underpaid or late transactions are credited at their actual value.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to produce unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content — including any sexual content involving minors — to process personal data without a lawful basis, or to violate third-party terms (e.g. marketplace rules). Such accounts are blocked without refund.

6. Deliverables and intellectual property

You own the deliverables produced for you and may use them commercially. You warrant that you hold the rights to the materials you upload. The Service, its software and brand remain ours.

7. Estimates and quality

Published service prices and delivery times are estimates. AI output can contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing deliverables before use, particularly legal, medical or financial content, which is not professional advice.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability for gross negligence or intent, or mandatory consumer rights in your country.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by e-mail at least 30 days in advance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of business unless mandatory consumer law of your country applies. Disputes are first addressed to support@konsilito.com.
